I need to replace the battery on my 09' e90 335i. I called the dealer (Weatherford BMW) and they wanted $331 for the battery, and I am going to assume around $200 for the labor (probably more). I tried to speak to someone in service but it went to VM, twice.

Now I see code 93B2 (battery safety terminal) come up for the first time since owning the car. The Carly app also required that I turn on the ignition while pulling the codes. Something it has never done before. And it required that I updated the firmware on the dongle. I tried several times to clear all the codes, but 93B2 still remains.
