The truck in question is only accessible during an assassination mission to kill an elite heavy that you unlock after liberating one of the southwestern garrisons. The source is that Ubi said the gold edition includes Far Cry 3 Classic, they said nothing about Blood Dragon. Blood Dragon is its own game and there are no plans to currently include it.
